About our Exhibitions

The exhibition schedule each year balances national and regional presentations, and features entry level, mid-career, and recognized artists. Scholarship, quality and relevance to AMST’s audience all are taken into account. The exhibits are drawn from the Museum’s permanent collection, borrowed from other museums, organized by AMST curators, or rented from traveling exhibit services. Approximately 15 distinct exhibitions are presented annually.

Opportunities for artists to participate in exhibitions or for acquisitions are limited. But the following details the process for doing so.
