Fine Art of Summer Camp Begins June 2

New Themes added for 2025

Corpus Christi, TX — The Art Museum of South Texas (AMST) is excited to announce the return of its beloved Fine Art of Summer Camp, offering eight week-long sessions (and one two-week session) from June 2 through August 1, 2025. Designed for children who have completed kindergarten through age 12 (up to 14 for select sessions). Each session blends visual and performing arts to make a well-rounded camper.​ Scholarships available based on financial need.

Each camp session runs Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with optional pre-care and after-care available. Campers will explore a variety of art forms, including drawing, painting, printmaking, ceramics, improvisation, and musical theater. Every session concludes with a student art exhibition and performance for family and friends

  • June 2–6: The Mystical Museum of Magical Arts
  • June 9–13: Pixel Pioneers
  • June 16–20: Comic & Cartoon Art
  • June 23–27: Every Picture Tells a Story
  • July 7–11:  Mine “Craft”
  • July 14-25: The Clayhouse
  • July 14–18: Gotta Catch ‘Em All
  • July 21–25: Nifty Swifties
  • July 29–August 1: Mini Makers: Tiny Worlds & Big Imaginations​

Special pricing for Art Museum members, $250 and non-member pricing $275 per session, with sibling discounts available. Limited scholarships are offered based on financial need.
