WHAT: ARTball: The Shape of Color

WHEN: Thursday, November 5, 2026

WHERE: Art Museum of South Texas

WHY: Your sponsorship or ticket purchase supports the Art Museum of South Texas’ exhibitions, educational programs, and outreach initiatives, helping engage, educate, and inspire more than 35,000 children and students each year.

This year’s theme, The Shape of Color honors the importance of color in visual art, from ancient and coveted pigments to contemporary and vibrant hues. The event’s activities, entertainment, and refreshments explore the unique effects color has on our senses. Attendees will experience an unforgettable evening saturated with colors that complement, clash, and unite.

Sponsors and VIP guests are invited to begin the evening with The Chromatic Prelude, an exclusive culinary experience before the celebration unfolds. Following dinner, all guests will be welcomed into a vibrant evening filled with live entertainment, curated bites from Waterstreet Catering, and enthralling artistic encounters.

As the Art Museum of South Texas’ premier annual fundraiser, ARTball plays a vital role in sustaining the Museum’s exhibitions, educational programming, and community outreach. Your support helps preserve artistic heritage, nurture creativity, and expand access to the arts throughout South Texas.

SPONSORSHIP LEVELS: Saffron | Fuchsia | Burgundy | Teal | VIP

ATTIRE: An anti-black tie affair. Think  bold colors, structural elements, and avant-garde items in place of your traditional tie. Celebrate the evening by embracing expressive hues, striking palettes, and elegant formal attire inspired by the transformative power of color.
