This 1978 exhibition at AMST was the first time the Target Collection, from the Museum of Fine Arts Houston, was displayed away from its home. The exhibition consisted of 70 photographs by such world renowned figures as Edward Weston, Lewis Hine, Ansel Adams, and Minor White. The collection also included such modern masters as Paul Caponigro, Weegee, and Jerry Uelsmann.
