On loan from the Boston Museum of Fine Arts, this exhibition was selection from their finest 18th and 19th century American Paintings. Included in the exhibition were paintings by Copley, Homer, Sargent, and Stuart. The entire collection encompassed the spectrum of American painting of the period.
