Café Reopening: “Elizabeth’s at the Museum”
Mar 5, 2021
Corpus Christi, TX, March 2021: The Art Museum of South Texas (AMST), in partnership with Water Street Restaurants, is pleased to announce the reopening of the Museum Café, which is slated for Summer 2021. The restaurant, named Elizabeth’s at the Museum, will serve tapas-style dining with Pan-Mediterranean flare, married with a few light Asian-inspired dishes. Elizabeth’s will host a full bar and plans to eventually be open to the public not only for lunch dining but dinner service and after-hours events, too.
“Ideally, we are trying to deliver a light, eclectic, and fun place,” says Celeste Alvarez, Marketing Manager for Water Street Restaurants. “We will honor the [history] of the Museum with a fresh, but subtle 70s vibe.”
AMST and Water Street Restaurants staff are excited to innovate together and explore the invigorating dance between visual and culinary art.
Additional details will be available in the coming weeks via the Art Museum of South Texas website and social media pages.
