Brought to you by the Antonio E. Garcia Arts & Education Center and the Art Museum of South Texas, our series of two-day ceramic workshops, morning or afternoon, are ideal for those with little to no experience with clay.

During these double Sunday sessions at the Garcia Center, led by Dr. Leonel Monsivais, students will get the chance to learn the basics of wheel throwing and hand-building. Classes will also include wedging, centering, pulling walls, modeling score and slip, and identifying/using clay sculpture tools.
