Holiday Camp

Children ages 5-12 can celebrate the holiday season at the Art Museum with six, mini-camp sessions. Each session consists of its own holiday project and drama activities. Space is limited, so early preregistration is a good idea! Call 361.825.3504 or contact artmuseum@tamucc.edu.

Youth Art Camps

The popular Fine Art of Summer art camps are held each summer for ages 5 – 12, divided into sessions based on age. The program is led by qualified arts instructors, who focus on the visual and performing arts. Registration for Art Museum members takes place a few days prior to general registration, and the camps usually fill up quickly. The registration brochures are mailed to all Art Museum members.

A special camp is also offered for younger artists, ages 2 – 5 (preschool). A parent or guardian attends sessions with the child, and a student may register for one or all sessions of this Moms & Tots art camp.

At other times through the year, the Art Museum hosts special day-long arts camps timed to coincide with the local school district breaks. These camps provide education and exciting arts experiences for children during school holidays, based on the successful summer camp model.
